Outraged HUffies Eat Crow Over "Hate Crime"

So what do you think has been the inevitable result of all the "hate crimes" reported ever since the Kerri DUnn(ce) "hate crime" of 8 years ago? You would think that the left, including DUmmies and HUffies, would finally learn to curb their outrage until the final results are in. Even a DUmb dog would learn that trick after so much practice but nooooooo the HUffington Post HUffies went straight to extreme gullible OUTRAGE mode the moment they read this STORY, "Joseph Baken, Montana Gay Man, Allegedly Beaten Outside Club On His Birthday." Now watch the outrage UNTIL the inevitable "OOPS!" moment which all of us (but not them) KNOW is coming. [Any fool can figure out the inevitable conclusion to this...except for leftwing fools. This they ALWAYS swallow hook, line, and sinker.]

A Montana-based gay man's birthday celebration turned ugly after he was allegedly beaten by at least three people in an attack he believes was motivated by his sexual orientation. 

[Were they the same three people who carved messages into a certain Lincoln, Nebraska lesbian?]

Missoulian reports that the 22-year-old man told police he asked patrons at the Missoula Club about the location of a nearby gay bar. After someone asked him to step outside for a cigarette, the man said he was hit by someone, and then two more people joined in. 

[Did they also spray paint hate messages on the wall?]

The "Wipe Out Homophobia" Facebook page identifies the alleged victim only as "Joseph," and says that the assailants hurled anti-gay epithets like "faggot" at him during the attack. "Nobody deserves this, especially not just because of your sexuality," the group's organizers wrote in their post. 

[Yawn! Please save this as the cookie cutter template for yet more "hate crimes."]

Police say Joseph reported the attack three hours after it happened, and had no serious injuries. Officers are investigating the attack as a misdemeanor, according to KAJ18.

Meanwhile, Missoulian notes that an event called "Proposition Gay Downtown Missoula Pub Crawl" is being organized in response to the attack on Aug. 31. “We are encouraging gay, lesbian, transgender, bisexual people (and their straight friends) to show up en masse at any and all Missoula downtown bars on Friday, August 31, to raise awareness while having a rockin’ good time!” the publication cites the group’s Facebook post as saying. 

[Yeah, be sure to show up for that rally with egg covering your faces. And now to record extreme HUffie gullibility...]

Horrifying. I hope "Joseph" recovers quickly, and that things like this never happen again.

Gay men get beaten and denied civil rights every day in this country, and yet we have bigoted conservatives claiming that somehow gay people don't deserve to be treated as human beings. I hope the criminals who beat this man get caught and punished appropriately--and then forced into sensitivity training. It's been my experience that the most violent homophobes have themselves had feelings of attraction to the same sex and are afraid of it.

I would just like to ask the bashers why they're so afraid of gay, lesbian, bi and transgender people? We/They are no threat to you nor do we go about bashing you because you're straight. Why are you so afraid you go about bullying and beating innocent people? Why??????

These events are getting reported more and more often now - and there are probably more out there that are not getting reported at all.

I feel so bad for Joseph and the other two men who were attacked. What in the heck is wrong with people now a days? Why is this not a Felony? Like attempted murder?? This is just awful. I honestly just don't know what else to say. So sad. Wish it would stop.

Why don't gay bashers ever attack one on one? Never a fair fight cause they know in a lot of cases they would get the floor mopped with their buttocks.

Horrible that it happened, but why would any gay person want to live in such places like Montana or Texas. Places are full of ignorance and hate. Move to the coast where you can live safely and happily, and these types are the minority.

Oddly, I really hope this turns out to be true (the vaguery of details makes me leery) and that this kid was attacked on the basis of his sexuality because then it stands firmly as yet another instance of pure hate that we need to stand up to.

I will never understand how beating this beautiful young man somehow makes these animals feel better about themselves or superior. This just makes me ashamed to be an American. And I bet these thugs are all sitting in the first row at church on Sunday.

Yep. They hide behind anonymity online. And in real life they are no braver, because when they harass gays, they always have to do it in a group. They don't have backbone without backup.

Joseph Baken, Montana Man, Pleads Guilty To Fabricating Anti-Gay Attack

The Missoula Independent reports that Joseph Baken, 22, was sentenced to 180 days in jail and a $300 fine after he admitted to police that claims he was beaten outside of a local bar by at least three men over the weekend had been fabricated. The jail time was suspended.

Baken's original case had prompted immense support from the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) community when a photo of his badly bruised face was uploaded to the "Wipe Out Homophobia" Facebook page and subsequently shared on a number of other social media outlets. The page's organizers also noted that Baken's assailants hurled anti-gay epithets like "faggot" at him during the attack. "Nobody deserves this, especially not just because of your sexuality," the group's organizers wrote in their original post. 

[But of course this same group continues to complete believe in the Lincoln, Nebraska hate crime so don't put those eggs away.]

However, local law enforcement began to openly doubt the specifics of the case after a video that apparently showed Baken attempting to do a backflip off a curb emerged (that footage can be viewed above). He is believed to have sustained the injuries seen in the widely circulated photograph after falling to the pavement during the attempt. 

[The curb! The curb is guilty of a HATE CRIME!!! And now to watch the reactions of HUffies stuffing their mouths with large helpings of crow...]

Well, now that this appears to be a hoax I hope this young man is punished to the full extent of the law. What could possibly have been his purpose in claiming to be the victim of a hate crime if not to perpetuate that hate? 

[The purpose was a scientific experiment to test the limits HUffie gullibility.]

It looks like he put on makeup to enhance the "so called injuries". I wouldn't be surprised if the whole thing was a faked stunt for attention. It's happened before.with these "types".

Makes you wonder how many of these are faked to garner more sympathy.

On one hand, I feel a bit angry and foolish. On the other hand:
