Leftwing Moonbats Attacking Rush Limbaugh In 1990

If you think Leftwing Moonbattery is a recent phenomenom, think again. Here is a video of wack-job Moonbats disrupting a TV show that Rush Limbaugh was guest hosting for Pat Sajak. The Moonbats infiltrated the studio audience and chaos ensues. Do the drama queen Moonbat screechings about Rush being a MURDERER and having BLOOD ON HIS HANDS sound familiar? This video was posted on YouTube by a Moonbat gloating over Rush's discomfort but who are the ones who look like insane idiots? And the Moonbats haven't changed a bit since that broadcast. However, the manufactured Moonbat outrage is hilarious to watch. To all Moonbats out there: Seek help!

Don't you see, people, PJ is just like Rush...attacked by hateful moonbats, addicted to OxyContin, a sex tourist trolling for little boys to suck his penis in Latin America...C'mon, Freepers, man up, and let's get out the vote for PJ!

I think Letterman put it best when he asked Rush, "Do you ever wake up in the middle of the night and just think to yourself, 'I am just full of hot gas?'" I think that was the last time El Drugbo appeared on national TV (except maybe Fox, where nobody would ask him any hard questions).

If anyone wants a very quick summation of the most basic difference between liberals and conservatives, you need look no further than the last two posts.

They exemplify the basic immaturity and insecurity at the heart of neo-liberalism.

There is a reason most liberals will be voting conservative by the time they have children, and it boils down to nothing more than simple maturity.

Read the last two posts. How old do the posters sound to you? Honestly, take a guess.

When you gain maturity, you stop being a liberal. I voted for Michael Dukakis once; I know this to be true from personal experience.

If you doubt it, just read the last two posts. They embody all that is neo-liberalism.

Someday, the last two posters will be explaining that very same point to the very own children, when they're about same age. I guarantee it.

Way to go PJ! The way the liberals lash out at you shows that you've arrived. Granted they're "taking a knife to a gun fight" but that's Ok. We've known for a long time that quoting a liberal exactly = personally attacking them. It seem they just like to keep proving the point.

Keep up the good work.

What's most telling about this video is that a largest majority of the crowd was willing to let Rush speak without interruption. They sat quietly and respectfully and actually seemed generally interested in what Rush had to say. They were willing to let Rush state his case without interruption. Good for them!

Only a small group of people insisted on continually interrupting him. They screamed, insulted, accused, and demeaned Rush, all in an attempt to prevent him from speaking. They weren't willing to listen or even debate, they were only willing to prevent other's from hearing what Rush had to say. That's rather telling, isn't it?

Two incidences highlights the difference between the moonbats and Rush more than any others:

The first was when Rush stated: "I am not responsible for you actions." Most of the audience applauded this and quite a few even stood up in support of that statement. It's obvious they agreed. The moonbats, on the other hand, started insulting people for agreeing with Rush and one was even crazy enough to scream: "YOU MADE THEM STAND UP! ALL THOSE PEOPLE WHO STOOD UP HATE GAY PEOPLE!"

This shows that, not only were they trying to prevent Rush from speaking, they were attempting to keep others from agreeing with anything he said.

The second was when Rush said: "They are not interested in debating the issues," He was right. Despite the numerous times that Rush attempted to engage them in a debate, they we're not willing to discuss anything and continued to demean and harass him as a means to prevent him for speaking.

It's obvious that these people don't want debate, they only want control and they are willing to use any means necessary to achieve and maintain that control, including the use of interruptions, insults, intimidation, and even violence to prevent anyone from disagreeing with them. Yet they call Rush a fascist. Go figure!

Ray,

What's most telling about the video is that Rush didn't want to join up with security in tossing those people out on their rear ends.

That's what Bill Maher did a couple of weeks ago in the same situation.

Rush didn't want to get his hands dirty, so he waited for the entire audience to file out like sheep in order to set up his sanctimonious closing.

What a PUssy.

"What's most telling about the video is that Rush didn't want to join up with security in tossing those people out on their rear ends."

You seem to be ignoring the fact that Rush was willing to debate with people in the audience and Bill Maher was not. Bill Maher did not even attempt to debate with the audience. It is HIS show and NO ONE is welcome to debate him unless HE invites them. If they even DARE to try to debate him, he'll kick them out. He made that point more than clear to everyone. Is that what makes a real man? Or is that what makes a moonbat?

Of course, we all know it's really not fair of me to compare the two situations as the Rush show format included a debate with the audience and the Maher show did not. Apples to Oranges.

Yes, and Rush shows himself to be the better man as his is willing to defend and debate his position and Maher is not. I guess we now know who the real pussy is.

Rush didn't defend and debate anything. The entire audience was cleared out.

Rush retreated to his desk and looked like he wanted to suck his thumb. Maybe that's why he had the doll.

"Rush didn't defend and debate anything. The entire audience was cleared out."

Wrong. Rush went into the audience with his microphone, asked the people questions, and attempted several times to debate with the moonbats. He was quite patient with them. It was only after the moonbats continued to ignore his attempts to debate them and interfere with his show that the audience was removed so Rush could finish the show without the moonbat's continual interruptions.

Wrong.

What that show taught Rush is that his schtick is no good when he has a real live person up in his face. That's why he now confines himself to a radio studio.

That wasn't patience, it was fear.

He failed on his next T.V. gig , too. It's just not his medium.

Hey, I am still looking for a joke on this site. No wonder you're getting trounced in the funniest blog contest.

Or maybe you mean the whole site is one big joke?

You don't have anyone better than Limbaugh as your hero? The guy's been discredited a thousand times. HE's the joke. Is that what you mean? Sorry, far short of good enough for funniest blog. More like saddest.

The unequaled hate from the left for Rush Limbaugh is amazing to see, hear and read. People who have never listened to his show and know nothing about him apart from what is in their own echo-chamber become vicious, child-like and paranoid at just the mention of his name. The woman screams at the top of her lungs, interrupts him, uses BLOOD-LIBEL against him! She even hits him, grabs and attempts to physically shake him. It's pitiable to continue to see.

You know... people of the "left" persuasion are doing themselves and their allies no favor in their comments or by this video.

Rush is right, he's been trying to be civil, he's was trying to talk with the people in the audience but they are just shouting at him and not letting him make any point or rebuttal.

That's not how you have a discussion.

I hear progressives talk about needing to "unite the country", but how can anyone expect people to become "united" when polite discourse is not allowed.

"What that show taught Rush is that his schtick is no good when he has a real live person up in his face. That's why he now confines himself to a radio studio.

If you really believe that, then explain to me why he actually went into the audience and tried to talk to people? Even when those people started screaming at him, he tried to return the discussion to a civil level. But, as you can see in the video, the moonbats REFUSED to discuss anything. They just wanted to shut him up.

You can hide from that fact all you want, you can try to convince yourself and others that Rush is a pussy, but the only thing you're accomplishing is displaying to everyone that you don't need a reason to hate Rush, the hate alone is enough for you. That makes you just as much of a moonbat as the people in the video. As PJ says: Seek Help!

Ray,

Rush went up to that one woman and thought he could intimidate her and she got right in his face and drove him back down to his desk.

He sat there like a whipped dog and then had the entire studio cleared out.

Three people shut him down because he didn't have the guts ( well, he did have A gut but not the toughness ) to toss them out.

Imagine Rush heading a Congressional hearing. He would let Code Pink shut down the entire proceeding.

Rush is a PUssy.

Ray,

It doesn't matter what the format was...

Even if Rush intended to interact with the audience, when participants become disruptive they should be escorted out the door.

Bill Maher handled it right. Rush blew it big time.

There was cowardice displayed in this clip, but it wasn't displayed by Rush. That cowardice was displayed by the disruptive members of the audience who were so afraid of what Rush had to say and so afraid of any possible influence he may have had on the audience with his viewpoint that they refused to let him speak and engage people in discussion.

Contrary to what some people believe; shouting at people, insulting them relentlessly, and using demeaning and profane words in an attempt to intimidate them into silence is not a display of courage, it is a display of cowardice.

Look at the clip with an objective viewpoint and you'll see the truth. The only cowards here were the ones trying to to stop Rush from speaking.

2:06 PM

BTW, there's something that a lot of people seem to be missing: Rush was the guest host of a late night talk show, the Pat Sajak Show. Being a host of a talk show, he did what was expected of any talk show host and tried to talk to people in the audience. Unfortunately, some people took it upon themselves to try to prevent Rush from doing his job that night.

Also, that show ran for an hour, including commercial breaks, yet the clip provided only runs for about 11 minutes, minus commercial breaks, so unless there were almost 50 minutes of commercials, we're missing quite a lot of the show.

I believe there's a reason that only these 11 minutes are shown in this clip. The person who posted the clip only wanted to portray Rush as a coward and only included those portions of the show that would tend to support the assertion that Rush is a coward. Other segments are not shown. I wonder why? Could it be that the person has a bias against Rush and selectively edited the clip as to embarrass him?

I would be very interested to see an unedited clip of the entire show. I've been unable to find a link to any on-line video of the entire show for that night. Can someone provide a link for the entire show? I sure would appreciate it.

Ray,

You are missing the point.

The Limbaugh schtick is not suited for television. He cannot handle the payback of what he dishes out. That woman in the video made him look small, which is not an easy thing to do to a man who has a body that could dwarf Victor Buono.

Rush looked weak there, and even later he looked weak in his gig with ESPN. Why? Because there were other people there to challenge him. On the radio, he sits supremely on his rear and talks his fool head off. That is his element. No challenges, no sass, no one in his face.

It's no wonder that the generation of Republicans who grew up on Rush are so faceless and drab. What individuality can come from a group proudly identifying itself as "dittoheads"?
