"White House Gives In On Bush Tax Cuts"

Paging Head DUmmmie Skinner! Your Tombstoning services are required. Why? Because the DUmmies are REVOLTING. Yes, they are now revolting against the Obamassiah over the possibility he will approved an extension of the (GASP!) Bush tax cuts. And this idea has the DUmmies throwing mass fits as you can see in this THREAD, "White House Gives In On Bush Tax Cuts." So let us now watch the revolting DUmmies blow a gasket in Bolshevik Red while the commentary of your humble correspondent, enjoying the smell of DUmmie angst in the morning, is in the [barackets]:

White House Gives In On Bush Tax Cuts

[SNIFF! John Edwards would have never deceived us.]

Source: The Huffington Post

[Zsa Zsa speaks.]

WASHINGTON -- President Barack Obama's top adviser suggested to The Huffington Post late Wednesday that the administration was ready to accept an across-the-board continuation of steep Bush-era tax cuts, including those for the wealthiest taxpayers.

[How about on the wealthiest Trust Funds, William Rivers Pitt?]

That appears to be the only way, said David Axelrod, that middle-class taxpayers can keep their tax cuts, given the legislative and political realities facing Obama in the aftermath of last week's electoral defeat.

[Bow to painful REALITY you lowly DUmmie serfs!]

"We have to deal with the world as we find it," Axelrod said during an unusually candid and reflective 90-minute interview in his office, steps away from the Oval Office. "The world of what it takes to get this done."

[The problem is how to deal with the alternate world of DUmmieland. And now to the unreal DUmmies...]

But cutting social security will be just fine. Asshats. Motherf*ckers.

[Don't hold back. Tell us how you REALLY feel about the Bamster.]

I think it would be wise for us to slow down a bit, and not jump the gun. Whe White House is coming out with denials today. Let's
just sit back for a while and watch how things turn out.

[Just sit back and enjoy the chloroform. The Bush tax cuts will be painlessly extended while you DUmmies are anesthetized.]

Tea Party wants to invade Iran and North Korea...maybe Canada... Can't touch the defense budget.

[We need that money in case we decide to invade Grand Fenwick.]

I hope every single soul who posted here worked hard and continues to work for something better. I can see a few posts here that are obvious psyops. The rest of you, minus one or two, appear to be behaving like lemmings.

[So they are either LOUSY FREEPER TROLLS or...DUmmies.]

Folks - we're in a death spiral here. There is no way out of this - if we continue on this path of financial ruin. This is just another one of those bubbles that will burst - and when this one bursts - it will probably be too late to recover. I'm really depressed this a.m. - can't you tell.

[However, the trust fund payments to WILLIAM RIVERS PITT should continue. Does that make you happier?]

Obama ALWAYS folds. He has a PATTERN AND PRACTICE of folding. A con is a con is a con.

[A con is a con is a Bev Harris.]

Axelrod repeated that the extension would not be "permanent" today. Which means they are caving on an extension. And down the road will there be another "temporary extension" on a tax cut that is already breaking this country and should never have happened in the first place?

[Feel better? The Bush tax cuts will be merely extended until 2013 when President Christie will make them permanent.]

A somewhat pathetic, spineless, naive man who seems to have given up any hope or desire to be reelected.

[Have FUn removing your Obama 2008 bumper sticker.]

I bought into his candidacy as much as anyone else. I probably bought into his life story a bit too much too. I'm sure his parents would both be proud that he became president, but would they be proud of the job he's done? I can't imagine they would. They both seemed like fighters.

[One of his parents was only a parent for just a few minutes.]

It makes perfect sense when you see all he is, is just another corporate tool. Remember when reports came out that he was lying about NAFTA during his campaign? That's exactly what he was doing, lying to us, and, now we can see he wasn't just lying about NAFTA.

[GASP! You mean the haloed Lightworker actually LIED to us?]

It's hopeless I'm afraid. I live in NJ, a so called "blue" state and 99% of the people I know support the Tea Bagger mentality.

[Could it have something to do with the SUCCESS of Governor Christie in cutting the NJ budget?]

Good Candidate. Poor President. For which America is now the poorer. Change ... where have you gone?

[Gone to India for some expensive dance lessons.]

But for me this is the point when I am about to tune out of politics for the sake of my own health.

[Please stay tuned in. We need the laughs.]

Seems To Me That "The DUDE" Has Become Nothing More That "A DUD!"

[LOL! And it makes for a GREAT tag line.]

You want that dude? then call madison ave. They were the ones that sold us that dude.

[And you DUmmies bought into it hook, line, and sinker.]

Maybe a Feingold / Grayson challenge in 2012 might bring back the change that we were promised.

[Loser/Loonie 2012.]

It's time to get someone in the White House who will stand up to Republicans, get rid of Bush's policies, and govern like a Democrat.

[John Edwards: Tanned, rested, and ready. Plus he has a great sex video out there.]

This is THE fight to have, the line to draw in the sand ...

[Or draw the line in your pizza cartons...]

This reminds me of what we went through with health care. At the end of it all, nothing for me. I still have no health care.

[Bev Harris is just $10 away from getting you health care.]

Really, this is it for me. If they let the wealthy have their tax cuts, I am through with politics forever. I will never vote again. This government and this administration is a farce.

[I'm already looking forward to some great DUFUs when the Bush tax cuts are extended!]

If this goes through, I am DONE.

[Will you exile yourself to Bukowski's?]

The problem with Obama is that, as his detractors said during the campaign, he really had no record, just talk, so we voted for what he said and wound up with something else.

[Gee, so maybe we were right when we said that experience counts...]

I thought Obama was a genuine progressive. We were duped.

[DUmmies DUped? So it ain't so, Joe!]

Oh well, another few decades squandered. It is beginning to look like I will not live long enough to see real change that I can believe in.

[So sad. You won't live to see the Bolshevik revolution.]

Its almost criminal to have given so many hurting people a renewed sense of ' Hope ' and that REAL HISTORICAL CHANGE had finally arrived only to see it fragment and whittle away at every turn.

[So you gonna do a citizen's arrest on the Bamster?]

I don't think I can believe him anymore. ‘Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me.’

[Fool you thrice, hello DUmmie!]

He's pretty much lied about absolutely everything. I have never been so disappointed with a politician in my life.

[Good news! John Edwards could stage a comeback.]

Unreal is right. I told all my kids about Obama and what he stood for and Bush, and...what he stood for. They're little kids, you try to show them examples in the world of people, people who you think can really make a difference. People who will hopefully (collectively) inspire your children to realize they can change the world. Nah, looks like Dad was just taken in by a big fat f*cking line of bullshit.

[You never should have given up your belief in John Edwards.]

The thing is, he's NOT dealing with it. He's just standing there letting it blow past him.

[Can you think of a better way to keep your Oval Office desk completely clear of annoying paperwork?]

This is the biggest disappointment coming from this administration - a continued "spinelessness" and sense of purpose as a democrat. I have lost all hope and faith in this administration!

[Speaketh the DUmmie walking aimlessly among the empty pizza boxes.]

Presumably Obama has read the New Testament.

[Nope. Didn't you hear? He slept in church for 20 years while Rev. Wright delivered his Hate Whitey sermons.]

Someone needs to start an American Labor Party.

[Why hold back? Go all the way with American Communist Party.]

I'm hoping that this isn't true but I'm planning on considering my chances on whether to emigrate to the Netherlands or somewhere in Scandinavia if this is true.

[Try Sweden where you can mooch off the folks at the Henrickson Family Estate.]

New Zealand looks nice.

[And North Korea is a really yummie workers paradise.]

the world as I find it at this point really sucks

[Have you checked out the alternate universe?]

I don't believe Obama will go back on his word on the tax cuts to the wealthy.

[I BEEEEEEEEELLLEEEEEEEVE!!!]

HOPE! Hope we all realize we've been DUPED. Obama is NOT getting my vote in 2012. He's NOT the progressive we were falsely sold during the 2008 election. He's a FRAUD. F'em.

[John Edwards would never have DUPED you.]

Not sure if more time would have made a difference.
He spent a good number of years in the Illinois legislature. When the most controversial issues were up for a vote (e.g., a woman's reproductive rights), he usually voted "present" (and sometimes he was physically absent).

[Actually he was "present" but "present" at the golf links.]

Brilliant f*cking opening gambit. In no form of n-dimensional chess, is it prudent to give away your queen as an opening move.

[Goodbye Barney Frank.]

I find it interesting that in all of the talk about change that comes from the Dummies, you NEVER hear any actual, concrete plans do you? Change to WHAT?

Do they just want the fed to open the coffers and spew tax dollars EVERYWHERE?

Maybe I'm being overly simplistic but I NEVER see any kind of real 'nuts and bolts' discussions on DU about what exactly this so called CHANGE is..

Yes, I know, the corporations OWN the government, media etc

So, what are they going to DO about it?

It's ALL pie in the sky with absolutely NO concrete policies...

Kind of makes you wonder doesn't i t?

It is simply amazing to me that people seem to believe that the purpose of the Dem party is to raise your taxes.

I left the Dem party a few years ago, (actually I fled in terror, but that's a whole other story,) but in all those years we never actually wrote a platform expressing that our goal was to redistribute the wealth by raising taxes. It's just baffling to me that so many DUmmie people are in a rage because the mere possibility of allowing people to hang onto some of their own money is being discussed. Good grief, many of those Bush tax cuts involve the child tax credit and many other genuine cuts for working class families.

For that added dose of schadenfreude; like 14k gold-dust sprinkled over a tax-cut iced cake. Wait until the Dummies find out the WaPo has run an editorial advising "The Won" to step down.

"One and done" is the advice being handed out by two democrats in one of the most liberal papers in the country.

How long before DU starts placing expat website addresses on the top of their forum or should they simply go for the suicide hotline?

Good luck emigrating to New Zealand, DUmmies. NZ has *really* strict immigration laws and is surrounded by water, so it's hard to sneak in.

I had a friend who got a job teaching in a university in Auckland on a five-year contract. [He's a specialist in health policy.] His wife was a highly trained nurse, and she wasn't allowed to work.

To immigrate to NZ, basically, you need to have a skill that they can't fill from their own population. I refuse to read the DUmmy stuff, I'm not as strong as PJ, but PJ's stuff would seem to show none of them have any marketable skills.

Well, maybe Pitt can enter drinking consequences or something.

Health care. Regulation. Infra-structure. Stimulus. Immigration. Tax cuts. Tax hikes.

I can explain these concrete plans to you, tazz, since you're just too stupid to understand THE LIBERAL PLAN FOR COMPLETE CONTROL OF EVERYTHING...INCLUDING HOMOS.

What's the Republican plan? And does include some way to control the gays?

No. It doesn't. Why? Because there is no plan.

Could any of you baboons articulate a Republican plan? Anything?

No. You can't. Why? Because there is no plan.

So until one of you chimps can explain, articulate, or even pee on a plan...the one, as tazz says, that is sooo much smarter than the new health care regulations, tax cuts for the middle class, stimulus money, Wall Street reforms, etc...you're pretty much full of shit. Unlike you, troglaman can get pretty specific on all this shit. I already know you can't. That makes you, not me, a dumbshit.

You. Have. No. Plan. Unless you do. But you don't.

Extension of the Bush cuts will add 4 trillion dollars to the deficit in around ten years (GASP!).

Know what? Here we go again. You stupid cows, for whatever genetic reasons, can't seem to get your heads around this fact.

I don't care if Obama advocates it. I don't care if one of you monkeys advocate it. The simple reality is that if we continue the practice, we'll be 4 trillion dollars further in debt in ten years. Not one of you can prove the mighty trog wrong on this. Not one.

Actually, no it won't you brain-damaged chimp.

Reducing taxes actually increases government revenues.

But I'm sure that the concept is beyond your limited cognitive skills.

11:33 AM
Anonymous Anonymous said...

Raising taxes never raises government revenue. People by nature avoid paying high taxes, businesses lay people off, corporations outsource, families stop spending, the well off buy tax deferred bonds. Besides, in the current economy WTH do you think is going to pay these new higher taxes? Unemployed people??

Government increases revenue when there is prosperity. The more America is investing, the more businesses are growing, the more willing and able people are to pay taxes. If people are employed and earning a good living, then more people are paying taxes. Even if the tax percentage is smaller, more prosperous people means more money going into the government pot.

Of course any moron who would use a sexist term like "pussies," is pretty much lacking the brain cells needed to understand these simple concepts.

"Health care. Regulation. Infra-structure. Stimulus. Immigration. Tax cuts. Tax hikes." - Troglaman the Guttersnipe

Health care - The DSA-led Federal Government passed legislation to destroy the health care system. Regulation - The DSA-led Federal Government has increased it beyond tolerance. Infra-structure - The DSA-led Federal Government has lied about it. Stimulus - the DSA-led Federal Government has stimulated the growth of government while stimulating the destruction of the private sector. Immigration - the DSA wants open borders with no immigration controls. Tax cuts - the DSA is out to end them. Tax hikes - the DSA is out to get MASSIVE tax hikes.

"Extension of the Bush cuts will add 4 trillion dollars to the deficit in around ten years..." - Troglaman the Guttersnipe

Only if they are no spending cuts, Guttersnipe...and the first cut will be no funding for the Federal takeover of health care - at least that had better be what the hell they do.

"So I'd just like to get this clear...If you support extending the Bush tax cuts, you are supporting an added deficit of 4 trillion over the next 10 years." - Troglaman the Guttersnipe.

Says you - which makes that comment utterly meaningless.

No, not really. These people are, philosophically speaking, children.

They lack the real-world touchstone omnipresent in the lives & livelihoods of the productive class: Does It Work?

Every chemist, programmer, engineer, etc. can tell you about all the times he had some amazing theory/idea/concept, only to find that it didn't work when initially tested. Sometimes it's just a matter of tweaking the design/code/catalyst until the thing works as intended. Sometimes the entire thing is doomed to failure due to some unexpected or unforseen flaw.

These "back to the drawing board" sessions build character, humility and professionalism forged by experience. And it's all because these professions require tangible, real-world manifestations of intangible ideas. Without that need, everything would remain in the "theory" stage of development, where things have an odd tendency to be perfect from the get-go.

This is why leftards trend towards academic "disciplines" which lack feasible outlets for stark, real-world demonstrations. If a computer program crashes three seconds into its operation, the cause can be traced back to some coding error. It's all right there in black-and-white, 0's and 1's.

But if some bullshit social engineering experiment fails, the theoreticians who created it can blame it on any number of mitigating factors: the masses are asses, the corporations poisoned the well, the city council altered some codicil in the official plan which fucked up everything else, we just didn't go far enough, etc. Try pulling that in any of the productive professions- "The beaker exploded NOT because of the exothermic reaction caused by electron repulsion between nitro & glycerin, but rather because the Chemistry Department took blood money from Omnicorp Inc. Also, we just didn't mix ENOUGH of it!" See how long your ass lasts.

(to be continued)

10:24 PM
Anonymous Kirk Johnson said...

The process of [Good Idea --> Testing it Out --> Failure] breeds in those who experience it a greater attention to detail. Before long, their "great ideas" are met with both euphoric optimism, PLUS critical skepticism. People become Simon Cowells to their own brains, just to see if the idea can take the first wave of heat. This works as a filter to screen out the fluff, over time reducing the number of failed ventures.

But if you live in a world where real-world demonstrations are (a) infeasible, (b) unexpected and (c) not required, everything remains in that picture-perfect dreamworld. And if someone disagrees with Great Idea #47,835® or points out a glaring flaw, they're just racist, greedy homophobes who don't care about society. Why else would they be harshing your mellow?

In conclusion, leftards don't proffer details because they live in a world where they don't matter. Details are those pesky little things which prevent their wonderful utopias from existing. Therefore, they are to be ignored, denied and excused away. All that matters is that you *want* to help. You *want* everybody to have health care for free. The fact that the goods & services represented by the term "health care" are finite, often scarce and thus expensive, is just another pesky detail that gets in the way of your good intentions. To invoke the DUmmie parable, "I BELIIIIIEEEEEEEEEEVE!!!!"

You're just flat out wrong. You're lying.

Here's the deal. Bush's tax cuts were never paid for. Hence our reliance on the Communist Chinese for trillions of dollars worth of loans. If we extend the tax cuts, we'll have to borrow another 4 trillion or so because not one of you stupid lemurs can come up with a way to pay for it.

If the Bush tax cuts are made permanent, we're another 4 trillion in debt in 10 years.

There is absolutely no way around this fact.

So when you claim to be serious about reducing the deficit, you're really not. When you claim to fiscally responsible, you're CLEARLY not.

You can all go along with this baloney and I'm absolutely certain you will...much to troglaman's consternation...

But the question has now become why you dumb mother cluckers (see how nice I'm being?) can even swallow this...um...swill.

If only one of you stupid douche bags could tell me how we're going to pay for a 4 trillion dollar tax cut that has ALREADY cost us trillions over the last 10 or so years, I'd die a happy man. But you can't. You simply CAN NOT DO IT and I must die a tormented death, you fucking bastards.

The upper 2 percent would go from a 33% rate to around Clinton's 37%. Big wup. And it would save us 4 trillion over the next ten years. What's so fucking hard about this?

Know what it was during Eisenhower? 90%. Know what it was during Reagan? Since you're all Reagan scholars, I'm sure you ALL know it was a whole lot more than 33%. Because it was.

It's fucking unbelievable that you stupid assholes believe differently." - Troglaman The Guttersnipe after repeatedly and angrily power-slamming his head up his ass like a jackhammer.

If he fails to sign legislation to extend the tax rates passed under the Bush Administration, he's raising taxes. You can continue to be a hate spewing moron about it Guttersnipe, but that is reality (which will of course cause you to power-slam your head up your ass).

He also hasn't lowered anyone's taxes. He sure as hell didn't lower mine. There have been no tax reduction laws signed for the public since The Obamassiah took office - NONE. Only thing he did was change withholding rates which didn't affect tax rates.

You're liar and a jackass. Peddle your BS elsewhere, Guttersnipe.
