The DUmmie obsession with the WINNER of the Demcrat senate primary in South Carolina, Alvin Greene, continues. Why? My theory is that Obama has proven himself so incredibly inept and lacking in leadership in the Gulf oil crises that the DUmmies would rather focus on other topics. Also by devising elaborate conspiracy theories now over Alvin, it gives DUmmies the excuse that the elections were stolen when the results of November's elections come in. Hate to disagree with you, but you're mistaken...they don't need an excuse to claim that. Anytime the DSA candidate loses to a GOP candidate the election was stolen in their minds since in their fantasy universe there is no way their superior talent can be honestly rejected by the public.
I heard Alvin Greene on Mark Levins' show. Levin was extra nice to him. Still Greene came off as someone with a third grade education. That's not a racist statement. That's an honest assessment of someone who's spent a lifetime in the marketplace making judgments of his co-workers.
Greene is not a bad person, on the contrary, he's a well meaning person. I noticed that. But he is not eligible to be a senator.
Corona - not to be a nit-picker but the correct term would be he's not qualified by experience or education to be a US Senator. If he's over the age of 30 and a citizen, he's eligible.
But you're right, he shouldn't get elected....but then again, we did elect someone barely more qualified to be PRESIDENT, so who can say for sure?
Lucky for the country that the DSA doesn't have a big base in South Carolina and that DeMint will in all likelihood be re-elected.

I guess the same question could be asked about Angle's nomination in Nevada. At least she's been out there proclaiming her wingnuttery for years. Greene has remained under the radar, even now.
On a side note, I'm encouraged by your all's sudden discovery of environmental protectionism. Have you all been secret treehuggers all this time? You've been working for years and years against the dangers of off-shore drilling and what it could (will) do to our coast-lines, have you? Or is your inner treehugger finally making a break for it.
