Airhead Liberal Chick Never Heard of the Kurds

Some leftwingers are committed activists. Others are that way because, well, it's sorta the kewl thing to do and lots and lots of my friends are leftwing idiots so I just had to go along with the crowd and spout nonsense that I heard second-hand. Such was the case with the airhead liberal chick in the video above. Asked a semi-tough question as happened here and her circuits overload to the point she can only sputter some recycled idiocy about the REPUBLICANS! You have to wonder about our education system when folks like this airhead liberal chick can regurgitate leftwing nonsense but is too DUmb to even know who the Kurds are. And is that a pierced tongue that I see?

I agree that we should hold people to a rigorous standard of knowledge, especially when lives are at stake. That student in the video does not know the facts, and should be held accountable.

She should, at least, be held to the same level of accountability as the man who said the following regarding WMD in Iraq:

"We know where they are. They're in the area around Tikrit and Baghdad and east, west, south and north somewhat."

Yeah, they'd never make WMD's mobile. That would just get all confusing and stuff.

Absolutely right Anonymous 5:59pm.

Others should be held accountable too. Such as:
"In the four years since the inspectors left, intelligence reports show that Saddam Hussein has worked to rebuild his chemical and biological weapons stock, his missile delivery capability, and his nuclear program. He has also given aid, comfort, and sanctuary to terrorists, including al Qaeda members ... It is clear, however, that if left unchecked, Saddam Hussein will continue to increase his capacity to wage biological and chemical warfare, and will keep trying to develop nuclear weapons."
- Sen. Hillary Clinton (D, NY), Oct 10, 2002 |

and

"Saddam Hussein has been engaged in the development of weapons of mass destruction technology which is a threat to countries in the region and he has made a mockery of the weapons inspection process."
- Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D, CA), Dec. 16, 1998 | Source

When do we start?

They also seem to make WMDs invisible, as well.

And yes, Hillary and Pelosi both said those things. Why? Because they made the same mistake as did much of America: believing what the Bush administration told them. If the rest of us can come to our senses, so can they. Don't use your own obstinacy as a standard for reasonable people.

You think the WMD was shipped to Syria?

It is FUnnie then, that you would be concentrating so much of your time denigrating a young student for her ignorance, instead of expressing outrage to President Bush for his laziness and ineptitude in tracking down the details with which you are so confused and stuff.

After all, that was the reason for the war, right?

Anonymous 7:19,

You should really take your head out of your anus long enough to get some air. Hussein had 14 fucking MONTHS to move them. Do you want to go to war with Syria to know for absolutely sure? I didn't think so. DUmmie.

How did Nancy Pelosi know what President Bush was going to say three years before he said it? Check the date of the quote. Did Bill Clinton make the same mistake and believe President Bush three years before Bush said it?

Appparently so:

"One way or the other, we are determined to deny Iraq the capacity to develop weapons of mass destruction and the missiles to deliver them. That is our bottom line."
- President Clinton, Feb. 4, 1998 | Source

and how about

"If Saddam rejects peace and we have to use force, our purpose is clear. We want to seriously diminish the threat posed by Iraq's weapons of mass destruction program."
- President Bill Clinton, Feb. 17, 1998 | Source

These guys are good!

Apparently Bill and Nancy can get fooled pre-emptively but Hillary takes her time to get fooled by Chimpus Kahn.

Thanks Anonymous 5:59 (and later) for showing us how to laugh at DUmmies again.

Why not? Isn't preemption the key to Bush policy?

If you are so certain that Syria has the WMD from Iraq, I expect you press forward... why are you giving Bush a pass?

Wow, you can really tell when the Moonbats show up...the quality of the conversation immediately plunges to subterranean levels.

Is there anyone who can defend the stupidity of the girl in the video? If she is expressing your views, she can only be an embarrassment.

If she is expressing opposing views, she can only be an object of contempt and ridicule.

She clearly doesn't know who Saddam Hussein was...or the Kurds...or, I'm sure, where Iraq is.

She clearly believes that shouting canned slogans and flouncing away is an effective debate tactic.

She doesn't know history, geography, logic, or effective communication and persuasion techniques.

She MUST have gone to college.

I'd thank him if anyone (including him) thought he had anything to do with it. According to James Carville, Bill was "dragging $100 bills through trailer parks" and was hardly the type to hide his successes.

Besides if he did somehow disarm Saddam quietly and demurly (that's SO Bill!) You'd think he would have told his wife, the Vice President, Madeline Albright, John Kerry, Sandy Berger... The list goes on. I can give you their pre and post 9/11 WMD quotes if you like.

You DUmmies are silly!

Anonymous Anonymous said...

So he didn't get rid of Saddam's WMDs. And neither did Dubya. Because there weren't any.

But only one of them got closing-in-on-4000 US servicemen and women killed, as well as untold thousands of innocent civilians, destabilized a country and made it a breeding ground for terrorists, and mortgaged this country to China to do it, all while causing insecurity that helped drive the price of oil up to $100 a barrel.

Jeez. If only Dubya had gotten a blow job instead.

Maybe we should have some qualifications for voting ?

That girl didn't know Kurds from curds, yet she was quite confident in her opinions.

Oh well, Bush's fault that the educational system failed her.

You're right, Saddam must have killed all those people in the '80s with perfume.

However the serin, the cycloserin, the tons of Enriched Uranium, the chemical weapons labs, the mustard gas all found in Iraq from 2003 to 2005 (look it up:CNN.com, UK Guardian, Washington Post archives) tend to make DUmmies move the goalposts on finding WMDs.

5000+ French died to help make the USA a free country. Were they worth it?

Iraq was hardly stable and was already a breeding ground for terrorists, Remeber Salman Pak? Remember the cash awards to families to make their kids "martyrs".

Besides this "destabilized" country is progressing toward democracy faster than our country did. Consider the elections that the Democrats said wouldn't happen. When they happened they said they'll happen among a blood bath. When there were'nt any bloodbaths they said the elections didn't mean much anyway. Those goalposts do move quickly don't they?

Oil prices up? Remember when Al Gore said that high oil prices would help reduce pollution because people would learn to drive less? It was in "Earth in the Balance" You should be overjoyed!

I suppose pessimism is fun for you, but try something new on occasion.

Many thanks to our soldiers on Veterans Day.

That pretty well sums it up.

"Do you have a message to the million people who were killed by Saddam?"

"I'm sorry about that"

"Yes, but that's not my fault. I didn't vote for Bush!"

LOL Priceless! Or is "clueless" a better term?

I'm confused - George Bush managed to control Nancy Pelosi's mind and mouth in 1998? Three years before taking office?

Wow. Well, I just learned one of two things. Either liberals are both very weak and very dumb - since they're controllable in retrospect, and they apparently also can't read dates.

Or George Bush has some wickedly cool mental powers. Weird, for such a dummy.

I really wish librulz would just have a big meeting and decide one issue: whether Dubya is a semi-retarded simpleton or the world's most evil and diabolical schemer.

It's all so confusing. And amusing. I blame Karl Rove. And global warming.

Most of those people were killed, when Saddam was supported by America against Iran. When Halabja was bombed, the Americans denied it. But when they need to get rid of Saddam, they suddenly start using Halabja. I also remember when Bush senior called for an uprising against Saddam and stood by and did nothing to support it. He betrayed the Kurds and Shia's at that moment. That's realpolitik. Nothing to do with morals, emotions, clueless leftwing hippies or moronic right wing idiots. America doesn't care about Iraq. It cares about national interest. And it doesn't matter if Bush or Clinton rules America.

9:18 AM

"America doesn't care about Iraq. It cares about national interest."

Almost right. America (not to necessarily be confused with Americans) is right to view its policy toward Iraq as a national interest.
