KOmmies Go BERSERK Over Lieberman Promise To Filibuster

Angry KOmmies are FUn to watch! And in this case the KOmmies have gone absolutely BERSERK over the promise by Senator Joe Lieberman to filibuster the ObamaCare bill. That promise alone is enough to KILL ObamaCare in the senate but add to that the very high possibility of Ben Nelson, Evan Bayh, and perhaps a couple of other Democrats refusing to vote for cloture and that bill is DOA. If the bill is later changed to DUmp public option, then the "progressives" will filibuster it. Heads We win, tails you lose. And the fringe benefit is watching the KOmmies go into rage syndrome mode as you can see in this THREAD, "Lieberman Will Filibuster." So let us now watch the KOmmies work themselves into a Bolshevik Red rage while the commentary of your humble correspondent, reminding everybody that the KOmmies targeted Lieberman in 2006 with Lamont but still lost, is in the [brackets]:

Lieberman Will Filibuster

[DRAT! Foiled by a Muppet!!!]

Oh, you asshole.

Some of us knew it was coming (I didn't).

Pay him off. Do what you have to do. Or he better be out of the f*cking caucus and chairmanships.

[A KOmmie recommends bribery to pass ObamaCare. ...And now on to the other victims of KOmmie Rage Syndrome...]

he probably enjoyed pulling that football away after Reid had it teed up.

[Harry Reid is about as glum as Charlie Brown.]

Strip away all his senate perks, he will likely resign in disgrace, this is all about Lieberman after all, he cares nothing for the people in Connecticut.

[Can he still use the Senate bathroom or will he have to hold it in?]

In my opinion he doesnt give a fiddly f*ck about Americans. My loathing of this creepy crawler motherf*cker has no bounds.I hope we can punish him, but I dont know if there are any rules in place to do so.You cant strip his chairs though as we found out with Baucas.Chris Dodd needs to get nasty and quit calling him his friend, like he did after the election when he went to bat for this motherf*cker, calling him his friend, and seemingly saying that he didnt care if dems liked it or not.Now its time for the man who has also called Teddy his friend and took over his HCC chair to disown, in the nastiest way possible ,his fellow Senator from Conn. That would be a shocking thing to see.

[So should Dodd call Countrywide his friend?]

I'm tired of this crap where Obama is playing hands off and leaving all the hard work to Reid. Lieberman owes Obama, therefore it's Obama's job to keep him in line.

[Hey! Obama needs to be well rested for his arugula breaks aboard Air Force One.]

Have Rahm Emmanuel slap the sh*t out of him until he wises up. This is the sort of thing Obama keeps Rahm around for.

[The Chicago Way.]

he's f*cking democrats. and he knows it. they all do.

[So sit back and enjoy...then smoke a cigarette afterwards.]

F*CK HIM: NO MERCY: MUST BE REMOVED FROM ALL ALL POSITIONS... THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO F*CKING EXCUSE FOR THIS. EXCUSE MY FRENCH BUT THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE... AND THERE IS NO EXCUSE AND OBAMA SHOULD NOT BE EXCUSING HIM.. LET'S DONATE ALL TO HIS CHALLENGER. AND PLEASE DO A WHIP COUNT OF SENATORS WILLING TO TAKE AWAY HIS CHAIRMANSHIP. WHILE WERE AT IT LETS GET RID OF THE FILIBUSTER!!!! THIS IS SO UNEXCUSABLE. EVERYTHING I MEAN EVERYTHING WE HAVE WORKED FOR IS BEING SABOTAGED BY LIEBERMAN. NOOOOO EXCUSE.

[ALL THAT I AM IS BEING DESTROYED BY JOE LIEBERMAN!!!!]

I wish we could hypnotize Reid into thinking he was Lyndon Johnson for a day.

[You want Harry scratching his crotch, urinating in sinks, and boffing Doris Kearns Goodwin?]

I am screaming with rage right now. That mothereffer.

[Sorry. No known cure for KOmmie Rage Syndrome.]

Take the public option out now, or do whatever needs to be done to get to 60, and then once it goes to conference stick it back in, and then tell Joe Lieberman to go f*ck himself and jump off a bridge.

[That might be what gloomy Harry has in mind.]

my anger is undescribable right now

[Lean back, accept the chloroform hankie, and wake up next year on the other side of the pain.]

No wiggle room in Lieberman's statement. Lieberman clearly has no qualms about making himself the person single-handedly responsible for stopping Obama's health care reform efforts in their tracks.

[Go Joe, GO!!!]

I consider this worthy payback for the Democratic Socialist Party of America (DSA) effort to destroy Lieberman. That failure to ram a Moonbat into the Senate is now coming back to bite them in the ass.

Thanks to Lieberman for once again showin he's a Democrat, not a Democratic Socialist.

Just so you know, he made DSA up.

And in the interest of disclosure, jerome belongs to the JJO (Jerome Jerking Off) party. And the JWHCBH (Jerome Wishes He Could Blow Himself) Party. And the JTHAH (Jerome Tickles His Ass Hole) Party. Don't ask him about the MMD (Man Mounts Donkey) affiliation. He goes a little crazy.

If you have a countervailing argument, let's hear it. But imitating KayInSane and namecalling is just...sad.

I disagree with just about every stance Joe Lieberman has taken. He is liberal and supports the Democrat Party... until he can't.

This bill, as presented is a bad one, and I have to grudgingly admire Joe for standing up and saying so.

That's what makes Lieberman a Democrat and not a member of the DSA, Anon 1:50.

That's also why the DSA tried to destroy him in his last re-election bid. That SHOULD have been a warning to the rest of the country as to what the former Democratic Party had degenerated into, but for some reason it wasn't. Now everyone should know (except maybe Troglaman and his ilk who are just too deliberately stupid to comprehend the real world under any circumstances) but the price of that lesson is going to be VERY high.

If the Democrat ticket in 2000 had been Lieberman/Gore rather than Gore/Lieberman the Donks might have won. Lieberman is the last, faint example of what was once the majority of the Democrat Party (a party I used to vote for). But the 60s radicals and leftist crazies (e.g., troglaman and the DUmmies)took over and tossed Lieberman out.

Anonymous Jerome Goolsby said...

I understand exactly what you mean, Elrond. I too am a former Democrat who no longer has a political party to give support to.

I lost a lot of respect for Lieberman when he became Gore's running mate from the way he ran his campaign. He restored a lot of it after he won re-election as an independent and in how he's conducted himself since then. He is probably the last Democrat left in the Senate, the others actually being members of the DSA rather than Democrats.

Joe's a problem. The fact that PJ pointed it out is fine. The fact he pointed out DUmmies are pissed off is fine. They are.

What you assholes don't want to discuss is that Joe offers no alternative. JUST LIKE YOU! He says "we're moving too fast" on healthcare reform. What's that mean?

The trouble here is that Leiberman has, once again, sided with an industry that's given him over 1 million dollars. He's a whore.

If you stupid idiots don't get that, then you're all akin to cabbage. And there's nothing anyone can do about it.

What you don't want to discuss is the Dems (Reid/Pelosi) won't allow any Republican versions of HC reform to get to the floor..... please can you show me one republican sponsored alternative that has been allowed to reach the floor for a vote.... Pelosi/Reid will not allow it.... hell they hardly allow amendments....

"He says "we're moving too fast" on healthcare reform. What's that mean?"

Giving the Govt. control over 1/6th of the economy and paying for 4-5 years and not starting benefits until the year after the next presidential election and then claiming that it is cost neutral....
but it needs to be ready to sign in the couple of weeks without any review...

So we need the money NOW!!! NOW!!! NOW!!! but we can wait for the Health-care for 4 years.

That's not moving too fast.....

Even you have to see the hypocrisy in taking the taxpayers money and providing no benefit for 4-5 years....

How about allowing insurance sales across state lines,

tort reform,

expanding/strengthening of health savings accounts,

allowing full (100%) tax deductible on "all" dollars spent on HC,

there are four things that would help and would not need the government running/takeover of HC.

I could even see stronger regulations requiring insurance companies to cover preexisting conditions... as a stand alone law.

"...surely opening up the market will mean everyone has a better shot at getting affordable insurance. The problem is, however, to an insurance company risk is still risk. The perceived risk of an individual who is fifty years old, overweight, and a smoker won’t decrease just because that individual can buy insurance anywhere in the country."

Health savings accounts...troglaman just says no, thomas. Getting cancer, even if curable, will likely cost over $100,000. And it's going up and up and up. Is there any difference between a 'health savings account' and an increase in taxes? If so, please explain why one's better than the other. By the way, would these private accounts be held by...um...the banks? And would said banks be able to make money off your private account? Would they be able to bundle their private accounts and sell them to hmmmm, let's see...a mortgage company? Sounds like a great idea.

And I don't understand thomas' 100% tax deductible thing enough to comment.

Medical savings accounts are tied to catastrophic insurance plans so that if the covered encounters a sickness that the savings account can't take care of the catastrophic coverage (which is much cheaper than regular coverage) kicks in..... this is the perfect plan for the healthy 18-25 just joining the workforce. They are a supplemental savings plan, with rules similar to 401k/IRAs.

"Is there any difference between a 'health savings account' and an increase in taxes?"

Yes in a HSA the people get to keep their money, not give to the govt.

"Would they be able to bundle their private accounts and sell them to hmmmm, let's see...a mortgage company?"

No, it is not a loan, it is like a 401k/IRA/savings account ,if they don't get sick it is theirs...

And if you are concerned about safety you could restrict it to govt. bonds @ 3-5% return over 50 years w/ a 3000 yearly contribution, 3% inflation in retirement age dollars, up to $913,829.

"And I don't understand thomas' 100% tax deductible thing enough to comment."

If you spend $1 or $10,000 on healthcare you get to deduct 100% of that from your bottom line taxes, no prorating based on your tax rate. (like your mortgage deduction)

What I am saying is that "you" are responsible for the current $1.42 trillion deficit and the current
quagmire in Afghanistan. "You" are also responsible for the 9.4% unemployment rate and this horrible mosh pit of health insurance "reform". One sign of maturity is taking responsibility for one's actions. "We" take rsponsibility for things prior to 01/20/09, "you" must take responsibility for what happens thereafter. Okay?

As you say, "we" are on the sidelines without imput, gathering splinters .It's your ball game to win or lose.

Had he won, would McCain have had to deal with a historic economic disaster? Yes. Would McCain have had to deal with two pointless, debilitating wars? Yes. Etc. McCain would have been held to the same standards. His handling of these situations would have ultimately defined him. That perspective is only understood if one acknowledges how badly things were damaged beforehand...by you dumbshits.

They're all his now, his constant whining about George Bush, besides being unseemly, isn't going to change that fact.

Maybe Obama will spend the next three years playing FDR to Bush's Hoover, blaming everything on his predecessor. But it's not going to solve any of his problems. At some time in his administration Obama is going to have to achieve something (other than raising the national debt).

If he's not drunk when he comes on here and spouts these vile rants, then that means he's sober. And if he's sober when he makes his insane commentaries, then that means Troglaman is just an evil, sick, twisted, mealy-mouthed, worthless, good for nothing Son of a Bitch.

I prefer to think of Troglaman as simply stumbling drunk to his computer after downing near lethal quantities from his fifths of Jim Beam and Jack Daniels and having a tirade of blatant stupidity rather than as an evil, perverted SOB who is stone cold sober and serious about what he posts. It's just the optimistic side of me.

So yeah, he's been drinking...and it ain't pretty to see.

"A Republican offered Healthcare plan, never allowed on the floor for a vote....." thomas

Which plan was that? And if you say "I don't know, it was blocked..." then you obviously don't know what the plan was.

Here's the question:

What is the fucking plan? You keep referring to this mystifying, spell-binding, utterly logical plan as if it exists.

By the way, there was a RepubliDUm plan offered up yesterday or the day before. Any of you know about it or care to explain it?

Didn't think so. Read up.
http://swampland.blogs.time.com/2009/11/02/a-republican-health-care-plan/

Any of you want to defend it? I mean, I, troglaman, think it's another step toward defining just how crazy you all are. Sideways logic.

There was an election last night in New York that Erikson called a win for 'conservatives' (the new third party) EVEN THOUGH THE DUMMIES WON. RepuliDUms have held the district since the Civil War. Sideways logic. Or at least to me.

Palin-Beck-Limbaugh have divided you fuckers. Am I wrong?

http://thomas.loc.gov/cgi-bin/query/z?c111:S.1099:

Go to the link this is one of the plans offered..... But the Dems wont allow it to the floor....

We took a conservative candidate that a month ago had single digit polling, had $900,000 spent against him by the republicans, and had the cap and trade, abortion loving Pelosi's ass kissing whore RINO Scazzfava endorse the Dem at the last minute and still came within 5 points of wining, after the same RINO-socialist-lib whore quit.

And also being a special election that will only fill the seat for half a tern, how do you think he is going to vote, if he wants keep his job in 2010?

And Lets not forget the Governors' races taking two Seats just before the census.... 20% point flips from Obama's results in last years election, and lets not forget the census redistricting.....

That's gonna leave a mark... if you are an OBAMBI SYCOPHANT!!!!

"Palin-Beck-Limbaugh have divided you fuckers. Am I wrong?

Yha gee I think that taking the NJ governorship and the top three seats in VA (Gov, LT Gov, Atty Gen) and 45% of the electorate in ny-23 not so bad if you are a conservative.....

Got to suck if you are a RINO though.....

CBO Confirms GOP Plan Will Lower Health Care Premiums, Lower Deficit Without Tax Hikes on Families & Small Businesses
Nonpartisan Congressional Scorekeeper: GOP Plan Lowers Premiums By Up to 10 Percent

Washington, Nov 4 - House Republican Leader John Boehner (R-OH) issued the following statement after the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) confirmed in a letter tonight that the Republican health care plan will lower health care premiums by up to 10 percent and reduce the deficit by $68 billion over 10 years without imposing tax increases on families and small businesses:

“When it comes to reforming health care, controlling skyrocketing costs is the American peoples’ top priority. Now CBO has confirmed that the Republican plan will lower health care costs for American families, and that’s good news for everyone struggling in today’s economy. The choice now could not be clearer: Speaker Pelosi’s plan raises costs. Our plan lowers them.

“Not only does the GOP plan lower health care costs, but it also increases access to quality care – including for those with pre-existing conditions – at a price our country can afford. The cost of the Speaker’s bill, now at $1.3 trillion and counting, is a debt that will be paid for by our kids and our grandkids. The American people deserve a better solution, and Republicans’ smart, fiscally-responsible plans give them exactly what they want.”

NOTE: In a letter delivered tonight, CBO estimated that the GOP health care plan would reduce average private health insurance premiums per enrollee in the United States relative to what they would be under current law. Specifically:

• For the small group market (generally businesses with 2 to 50 employees), the GOP plan would reduce premiums in 2016 for example by up to 10 percent.
• For the individual market, the GOP plan would reduce premiums in 2016 by up to eight percent.
• For the large group market, the GOP plan would reduce premiums in 2016 by up to three percent.

Again I'll say it slooooooowly,

Redistricting.....

Michael Robert "Mike" McNulty (born September 16, 1947) is a politician from the U.S. state of New York, formerly representing New York's 23rd congressional district and then, after redistricting, New York's 21st congressional district. He is a Democrat, and was chairman of the House Subcommittee on Social Security in the 110th Congress.

It happens every 10 years, and now VA and NJ have Republican Gov's to oversee that......
