The fly that Barack Obama killed the other day during an interview at the White House is probably the second-most famous fly in history. The MOST famous fly ever you can see in this VIDEO. And after all these years, it still totally creeps me out to see that scene.
Here is a DUFU homework assignment. Edit the video of Obama killing the fly with The Fly. I'm thinking when they show a closeup in the video of the fly in the White House, we actually see the final moments of The Fly.

I think it would be fun but I don't have the software to be able to put something like that together. I think Fry's Electronics has the right materials to get me going on that. However, if any of you are familiar with Fry's then you know that the staff there has no idea where anything is in their own store.
According to the NY Times the White House is swarming with flies. Here's the odd thing, neither the Old Gray Fishwrap nor the President blamed it on the "previous administration".
Maybe he'll blame Bush after three days or so. That seems to be how long it takes him decide what he thinks about an issue.

Maybe you could edit the Obama video with scenes from the 1972 movie "Super Fly". You can juxtapose scenes of Super Fly selling dope on the street with Obama Fly peddling political dope on the TV.
Besides, the Curtis Mayfield sound track for Super Fly is far better than that of The Fly.

Interesting, isn't it, how Obama once again follows in the footsteps of Jimmy C.? Maybe it's not a killer rabbit, but dammit, Obama had his very own killer fly.
