Bitter DUmmies Who Live In Small Basements

I had to laugh when I heard about Barack Obama's condescending San Francisco remarks about bitter Americans who live in small towns and have to cling to their guns and religion. You want to know who the most bitter people in this country are? Look no further than the page after page of the DUmmie FUnnies where for the past few years we have been chronicling the angry words of bitter DUmmies who live in small basements and cling to their pizza cartons and astrology. In fact, Obama could look no further than his own wife to get a good example of a bitter American. I mean what is her problem? Michelle Obama has lived a charmed life attending an Ivy League college and later making big bucks in cozy jobs. Yet she is still incredibly bitter most of the time which is often reflected by the bitter look on her face as you can see above. However, one fringe benefit of all this bitterness is that now the DUmmies have become increasingly bitter with each other thanks in large part to Operation Chaos. You can see DUmmies bitter at DUmmies in this THREAD titled, "SOME Obama supporters are missing (possibly intentionally) the real point. There is a trend here," posted by a bitter Hillary supporter who is bitter about bitter Obama supporters. There are actually quite a few of these bitter threads in DUmmieland right now about the bitter feud between Hillary and Obama supporters so I had a lot of bitter threads to choose from. So let us now watch the bitter DUmmies slam each other in Bolshevik Red while the commentary of your humble correspondent, still bitter about not yet hooking up with Petra Verkaik, is in the [brackets]:

SOME Obama supporters are missing (possibly intentionally) the real point. There is a trend here.

[A trend towards replacing Happy Face buttons with Bitter Face buttons.]

The important issue is not about whether or not small town people are bitter. It's obvious that small town people might be bitter in today's failing economy.

[To listen to the bitter DUmmies you would think we were in the midst of the Great Depression when we aren't even in a recession.]

The real issue here is about a developing pattern of Obama's stereotyping of groups of people.Such as his recent stereotyping of small town people as clinging "to guns or religion . . . as a way to explain their frustrations."

[Describing bitter small basement DUmmies who cling to their pizzas or astrology isn't a stereotype. It is a flat out fact. The reason why the DUmmie FUnnies is very popular is because be make it FUn to read about the incredible bitterness of the DUmmies. Bitter leftwingers are FUn to watch!]

How would YOU like it if someone defined you as clinging to your religion as a way to explain your frustrations?
It's an outright insult.

[How would YOU like it if I defined you as clinging to Uranus as a way to explain your frustrations? It's downright hilarious.]

There seems to be a pattern here.

[Extreme BDS?]

Among the faithful, Obama is promoted as the great articulator. So, is this the kind of "mis-speak" or "fumble" we can now learn to expect (and forgive) from the great communicator of the new democratic party? We forgive countless "fumbles" by Obama on the campaign path, yet let Hillary slip just once, and the guillotine is gleefully hauled out by the mob while they scream out the most obnoxious, disgusting, vile, deprecating, scornful slander that can be uttered out of a human being's mouth.

[Sounds like a typical DUmmie thread.]

Thinking back to 2004, isn't it amazing how Howard Dean could lose a primary because of an over zealous scream, yet everyone seems to continously overlook the foibles of Barack Obama. Why? Because of his youthful inexperience?

[YEEEEEEAAAAAGGGGHHHH!!!]

Now before anyone here starts flinging crap at me about Hillary... I agree with you that her Bosnia statements made her look foolish and cast a very dark cloud on her campaign... BUT ... these statements by Obama make him look equally as foolish.

[Your liberal candidate is just as foolish as my liberal candidate.]

No one here has characterized Obama with 1/10th the hatred or vitriol that Hillary has endured. Truth be told, I wouldn't want to be in either one of their shoes. Who among us could survive the pressure?

[That pressure would surely cause most of us to hit the sauce hard at Bukowski's. And now to hear from the rest of the bitter DUmmies posting from small basements...]

Sounds like this Obama feller is bad news

[Is that you, granny?]

At least since you are a "typical white person" you can sit up front at Obama rallies, unlike Asians who have to go to the back of Obama's faux unity bus.

[There was a guy from my high school whom we described as the whitest person on the planet. Okay, I guess you sort of had to know him to get the joke. But this guy actually lectured us in the lunch room about being "potty mouths."]

According to Obama racism is "bred into" the experience of "typical white people"

[So what explains Reverend Wright's racism?]

Has Obama denounced Michelle Obama's lack of patriotism and alleged racism?

[And her incredible bitterness. Sheesh! The only person who has more reason to kiss the soil of this country in thankfulness every day is Ron Jeremy. I mean here is this really ugly guy who gets PAID to boff hot looking chicks on a regular basis.]

STOP LYING!! how dare you call the clintons Racist.

[LEAVE BILLARY ALONE!!!]

She hates San Fransisco democrats, anybody who drinks coffee or went to college, and she bashed Gore and Kerry as elitists, and her husband openly called rural voters insecure cowardly racists.

[Oops! I better hide my ever present coffee cup while DUFUing.]

Yet Rush and the right wingers are pushing listeners to vote Hillary....

[Operation Chaos is causing incredible bitterness among the Democrats. Hee! Hee!]

All the right wing talkers and pundants have been pro-hillary...

[Only to the extent of causing CHAOS in the Democrat party...and it's working beautifully! Oh, and what is a "pundant?" A pendant with puns?]

Next time you haters want to step out on a limb to bash obama, make sure the branch can carry the weight of you bullshit.

[You're bitter! No! You're bitterer!]

He wasn't trying to describe their problems, he was trying to rationalize their flaws, and explain to his San Fransisco audience how he can communicate with these uncivilized folks. And those flaws are both inaccurate and indistinguishable from a stereotype if it were any other demographic.

[Does the bitterness of Obama's big city pastor explain why he clings to religion and guns?]

Except that he wrote a book in which he said he once hated his white half

[Maybe he was only bitter about it.]

Michelle Obama reportedly wrote a racist thesis. Does that mean Barack endorses her views?

[No because he understands that she was only being bitter.]

HIllary has earned the animosity that she receives. Don't give me that 'poor abused hillary' bullshit. Hillary is the poster child for everything that is wrong with politics in America today.

[She earned that animosity because she worked hard at it. Hey, you can't say Hillary isn't a hard worker!]

Great post. And all the BO followers can do is spam the thread with BS in response.

[While shooting each other with BBs.]

I think Saint Obama may just have a certain racist twist to his character. The American people will see that and toss him out on his butt if he's our candidate in the GE. JUST SAY NO TO OBAMA.

[His bitter pastor will vouch for his character.]

Well... it took a while, but it's finally happened.

"Tuzla Dash" Clinton, and SNOB-ama, have BOTH reached the bottom of the election barrel. Their flaws, so real and foul-smelling are now being argued over by the witless in terms of how "More, or Less", they smell like sewage.

If anything, their respective spouses add a new dimension to the stench, and, in my scorekeeping, are both so defective as to boggle the mind.

Run this to the end, Dems! It's great (if smelly) theatre, and you don't have a chance in hell in the General.

Not one.

Yea, I'm a small town resident who's got Bitter Bama Face. One drink into his proposals and I'm feeling sick.

Listening to all the proposed bailouts of irresponsible mortgage holders and lenders, using the tax money of those of us who were responsible, makes me bitter. Getting screwed with AMT, losing my IRA deductions, college expense deductions in just one year where we finally climbed above barely lower-middle class living and debt and have 15 years of insufficient retirement savings to make up for, makes me bitter.

Standing in line at our small town grocery behind people paying for junk food with their Iowa food stamp card, then paying for beer, lotto tickets, tobacco and movie rentals with *their* money, makes me bitter.

Obama, you're onto something there. Before you're done with this campaign, you might even learn you're part of the cause, not the cure.

Works for me.

"In fact, Obama could look no further than his own wife to get a good example of a bitter American. I mean what is her problem?" PJ

This is a perfect example of what doesn't work anymore. PJ's a really good wingnut framer. I mean that with the greatest respect. He can divert and spin with the best of them. That arm holding the fishing pole? That's right - PJ's arm. Shit, I don't even know the guy but I'd recognize that arm anywhere.

Here's the premise - Obama only has to look to his wife to find bitter America. Sure. WTF does that even mean? No bitter Americans anywhere? Not one? Big Gulp.

"for the past few years we have been chronicling the angry words of bitter DUmmies" sham

You sound a little bitter and angry yourself, sham. In fact, I don't think I've ever read one of your posts that isn't bitter and angry. Don't be afraid. You're not alone.

"Tuzla Dash" Clinton, and SNOB-ama, have BOTH reached the bottom of the election barrel. Their flaws, so real and foul-smelling are now being argued over by the witless in terms of how "More, or Less", they smell like sewage." anon

Nothing at all bitter here. I'm feelin' the love.

Well well well. So you ARE bitter. Who would've thought?

Then there's this: "I will now and forever refer to him as obamalama ding dong" jack

YES, WE CAN!

Obamessiah nailed to the cross...

QUOTE: "Obama defines hopefulness as liberalism, specifically liberalism as embodied by himself. Only with Obama’s election will America be redeemed from its harrowing false consciousness. We will be unified, not by Obama reaching out to conservatives to hammer out compromises, but by conservatives shedding their bitterness and becoming Obama liberals.

This is the underside of hope: arrogance fading into a secular messianism based on the fallenness of everyone who disagrees with Barack Obama. And it’s small-town voters who are deluded?"

Poor Obama, I almost feel sorry for him. He's finally finding out just how inexperienced, and foolish, he really is when it comes to national politics and campaigns.

When he was a local or state candidate, promising to work for "The People" against "The (Typical White) Man," it was easy for him to paint large groups of people into neat little corners without objection because he was surrounded by loyal minority supporters who believed he would help them fight "The (Typical White) Man" and their "Racist America" system, something they were taught is the root of all evil in America.

"Whitie be keeping me down!" That was the message Obama heard on the streets, in the churches, and from the people who worked with him in Chicago. When he entered the political stage and ran for office, he pandered to the false belief of absolute racism in America and he repeated that message back to the people time and time again, all the while promising to change America for the betterment of all mankind (and especially for the downtrodden minorities who elected him, wink, wink), and that ploy worked and got him elected to office several times. It's a tried and true method of garnering votes, for him anyways.

Now things have changed dramatically. Obama is now running for President, the only truly national office in America as members of Congress are still elected only by citizens of their respective State while the President is elected by the citizens of the entire Nation.

Obama has very little experience as a Senator (that position has the potential to expose people to the vastly different dimensions of national politics, but only if you have several terms worth of experience in that office) and he has not yet learned to differentiate between state politics and national politics. As a candidate for President, he's using the same "tried and true" methods that got him elected before since it's the only method he knows.

Even though he's now running a national campaign with it's vastly different politics, he's still repeating the "Whitie be keeping me down!" mantra which works so well on the local and State level and, since he doesn't understand national politics at all, he expects that he can make blatantly biased statements without objection like he has in the past. When a lot of people, the very same voters he needs to get him elected, begin to object to his statements, he's confused as to why they object or what he's doing to upset them.

Not only does he fail to recognize his mistake, he even gets angry that a lot of people don't believe his "Whitie be keeping all of us down!" message and, unable to understand why, he makes the same mistake and, once again, uses another "Whitie be keeping me down!" tacit to describe his detractors as racists who question his statements purely out of racist induced spite.

Poor Obama, he keeps repeating the same mistakes over and over again but can not realize that mistake. He's proving himself to be inexperienced, opinionated, short-sighted, and inflexible, someone who's not ready for the national political scene yet who believes that he's more than capable to handle the international political scene. He's proving day after day that's he's not good Presidential material, not by a long shot.

Poor Obama. He'll never be elected to the Presidency, not by following his "Whitie be keeping all of us down!" tactic. Too bad for him that it's the only tactic he knows. Like I said, I almost feel sorry for him.

Trogalman and others do appear here and do speak. Colofrully at times, childishly at other.

We (trog) have "gone at it", and he has played fair, mostly. He does have the cojones (note:this is the proper spelling of the Spanish word "testicles") to stick his head into the DUFU pit and can make a punch and take a punch, and has duly caused me to be angered, irritated, and otherwise nonplussed.

We Republicans/Conservatives) are no longer obliged to withhold responses that are equal and equivalent to the language, tenor and tone because of our political bent. It goes against our nature, and we are not as good at it, we will get better.

Generic white/jew/America/middle class/Christian hatred is an Obama/Clinton/Dem/Wright thing and WE are the difference between this hate-filled mob and Citizens who will stand in front of a Berkley recruiting station NOT pounding the crap out of people who desperately need and need some serious Crap-Pounding.

No. We are NOT weakened by our faith, lessened by the rights GUARANTEED by the Constitution, do not "cling" to racism, nor are we an "unenlightened" class of people desperate to be lorded over by our "betters".

We are Americans. We made this country, and are not going to lay down in front of some 'pretend' royalty, whether it's based on sex OR race.

You're not going to "guilt" us. We just don't like the liberal crap your candidates are made of, (and the fact that their spouses are slime, is only an extra dose of diahrrea in the punchbowl).

So? Democrats, you are about to lose the election, just like you lost the last one, aaaand the one before that.

Only this one will "Change" the country for the next hundred years.

Thanks to SNob-ama, and "Tuzla Dash" Clinton, we will help SCOTUS save the country, and I think the House and Congress will not go the way you think.

Ask anyone if they want more Reid/Pelosi...

hmmm -- that's awfully close to the view that rights are "granted" by democratic process. A nit, but prompts me to wish to clarify.

All rights all derive from the right to life, an INDIVIDUAL right. The intent of Constitution is to establish a government that has NO rights other than what individuals choose to grant it. A government with the sole legitimate function to protect individuals' life, liberty, and property (which Franklin changed in the Declaration to "pursuit of happiness") from the mob.

True democracy is mob rule. Never forget that our country was established to protect the INDIVIDUAL from the tyranny of the mob or a monarch.

Isn't ray scary? Obama comes from the "Whitie be keeping me down" crowd. No doubt, if elected president, Obama will jail every white person in America, subject them to enhanced interrogation techniques (Thanks W!) and kill us all. And there won't be a goddamn thing we whities can do about it (Thanks again Jr., you jerk) And ray's not friggin bitter at all. He's a wuss.

t-man, the significance of bittergate and op chaos is that those controversies keep the LEFT arguing with the LEFT (with some RIGHT folks throwing gas on the flames) thus allowing McCain to develop a rational focus on the issues that will matter in the general election campaign.

Bittergate in particular seems to expose and highlight the self-loathing, nihilistic roots of the LEFT, making regular ("typical white") folks more likely to see Obamassiah as merely another radical Marxist and hypocrite.

Get it now?

Poor t-man, he's getting his ass kicked here and he "refuses" to admit that he's in way over his head. I almost feel sorry for him.

Poor t-man, he can't use facts and reasoning to debate people, he can only use slander and insults. Every time someone, like myself, dares to point out Obama's blatant racism, and they ate labeled a raciest. Every time someone, like myself, dares to point out the politics that Obama used in prior elections and they're labeled as cowards. Every time someone, like myself, dares to opine as to why Obama is that way he is and why his campaign is failing, they're labeled as bitter.

Poor t-man. He's displaying they very symptoms he's projecting onto to others. His party is self-destructing in front of him yet he blames it all on conservatives. That displays a serious lack of critical thinking skills, but he'll never be able to understand that. Like sadi, I almost feel sorry for him.

Is it? Let's remember something. Op Chaos was supposed to elect Hillary. That didn't work. Now you're telling me Op Chaos was designed to foment conflict and disagreement between the Democratic contenders. That's a convenient position to take because if there were no such thing as Op Chaos there would still be disagreement between the Dem contenders. You might as well take credit for the sun coming up tomorrow.

Not one of you gasbags can offer one smidgen of proof that Chaos or Bittergate made a difference. Not even a crumb. Believe me, I've looked for it. There isn't any. Obama and Hillary are duking it out. They'd be duking it out even if Rush was still in Central America on a viagra jag.

Hey, just for giggles. How many times has Rush been divorced? And I heard an ugly rumor that the maverick delivered his 'Dear John' to his now disabled ex-wife while she lie in the hospital. Any truth to these vile statements, my value-voting friends?

You guys are so screwed.

Ray, you said, "Clarification: We don't live in a democracy, we live in a Constitutional Republic."

This country was founded as a constitutionally controlled Republic. Unfortunately (I shudder every time I hear this word), we do live in a Democracy because the Constitution has been so perverted by the SCOTUS and lawmakers that it has turned the country into a democracy. Just a few quick examples; Blighted areas and eminent domain, Minority status, "Separation of church and state". I'll leave you to fill out the rest. Republic = Individual rights Democracy = Group rights.
