DUmmies FUnnies 02-15-05 ("Who is the Democratic Party's sleaziest, slimiest,politician...?"

When I first saw this DUmmie THREAD titled, “Who is the Democratic Party's sleaziest, slimiest,politician, who will hit below the belt at every chance (s)he gets?” I was sure they were referring to Democrats that they hate such as Lieberman. How wrong I was! What they want are Democrats with those qualities who will use them against the EVIL Republicans. So much for the “civility” spiel that the DUmmies sometimes laughingly toss out. As you can see they UPFRONT admit they want a slimey sleazebag for a nominee in ’08. Of course, they have already forgotten that Kerry had all of these qualities. As usual the slimy, sleazy DUmmie comments are in Bolshevik Red while the commentary of your humble correspondent, looking down into the septic tank of DUmmieland, is in the [brackets]:

I'm talking about a person who is willing to just get out there and say stuff, even if it isn't true, we know it works, and put everything on the table. I want a human shredder, who can mince the other candidate as soon as the campaign has started. I don't even care about ideology. Let's run this person in '08

[There a WEALTH of Democrats who fit this bill. Tom Harkin comes to mind. Yes, he is definitely a sleazy, slimy type. Of course there is the tried and true slime of Hillary. And let us not forget honorable sleaze mentions to Barbara Boxer, Dick Durbin, Ted Kennedy, and many, many others.]

Hillary? she seems to fit the description

OMG--I totally misread your post (glad I saw the replies). I thought you were asking which of our Dems is the worst sleazebag ready to sell us out to Bush, etc. I was going to reply that the list is so damn long, it would be hard to pick one!!!!! Now, maybe we should run a "Dem re-training program" and harness the talents of these whores to our benefit!!!! (but we better make sure we can offer them more money than the corporations who are buying them). Sadly, if we find the guy/gal you are looking for, they are first going to have to battle the "on cue from the White House" attack from these "kind" of fellow Dems. I've seen it being used against Ted Kennedy, etc. The Bush cartel and the Repubs would just sit back and watch their favorite Dem poodles do the hit.

There are quite a few people who aren't afraid to hit below the belt, but that doesn't necessarily make them slimy or sleazy.

[And the added benefit of Biden is that he is a total blowhard as well. So we know Biden is sleazy enough to be the ’08 nominee but the big question is if he is sleazy enough. You really have to be careful not to end up with a candidate who is just slimy without the requisite amount of sleaze.]
