DUmmie rage EXPLODES over lack of FREE UNIVERSAL HEALTH CARE!

Happy, healthy New Year! Or not. The DUmmies are not happy (are they ever?), and they're worried they won't be healthy either. Why? Because corporatist Amerikkka does not have FREE UNIVERSAL HEALTH CARE, DAMMIT!!! Why can't we be like those enlightened, civilized, socialized countries like Canada or Cuba or France??!! WE'RE ALL GONNA DIE!!! See the DUmmie rage EXPLODE in this subtly titled THREAD, "I'm so f*cking pissed off right now, I can't see straight...DAMMIT..."

So slap the ol' blood-pressure cuff on the DUmmies and watch them STROKE OUT, in Bolshevik Red, while the commentary of your humble guest correspondent, Charles Henrickson, wishing you all a happy, healthy 2008 WITHOUT the interference of the federal government, is in the [brackets]:

I'm so f*cking pissed off right now, I can't see straight...DAMMIT...

[Your mother warned you your little "hobby" could affect your vision, DUmmie rateyes.]

I didn't get the chance to see "Sicko" in theatres this year. . . .

[Join the crowd.]

MANDATED HEALTH INSURANCE PLANS SUCK GRAVY.

[128 over 89. . . .]

FREE UNIVERSAL HEALTH CARE THAT COVERS EVERYTHING CAN BE DONE, AND WE THE PEOPLE SHOULD DEMAND IT RIGHT NOW!!

[150 over 97. . . .]

F*ck the AMA for their opposition to universal coverage.

[175 over 111. . . .]

F*ck the insurance companies that look for every way under the sun not to cover medically necessary procedures.

[190 over 135. . . .]

AND F*CK EVERY CONGRESSPERSON AND ADMINISTRATION THAT DOES NOT SUPPORT FREE UNIVERSAL HEALTH CARE!

[220 over 147!!! DUmmie rateyes strokes out!]

if you needed it in France... you could get it for free.

[So who PAYS for all this "FREE" health care, rateyes?]

(Or Canada, or England, or CUBA)

[Here's the deal: You buy a one-way ticket to one of these places, and take some of your socialist friends with you, and promise not to come back, and, hey, *we* might just take up a fundraiser here to pay for your trip!]

It's unfathomable that the so called richest country in the world would not implement universal health care.

[It's not unfathomable. It would be unconstitutional. Read the Tenth Amendment, DUmmie Ishoutandscream2.]

Arrrrgggghhhhhhhhhhh.

[DUmmie rateyes is still stroking out.]

here here!!!

[there there!!! as in Cuba, Canada. . . .]

Are we already paying for it. . . . They say here in California 20% of our healthcare cost go to cover un-reimbursed medical expenses, (uninsured people). . . .

[So kick out the "undocumented immigrants."]

I'm talking no deductibles, free dental & vision, prescriptions, the whole 9 yards for everyone.

[You're talking 60% tax rates, ten-month waits to see a doctor, the whole socialist (read "Democrat") agenda.]

Saw Sicko when it was in theaters.

[YOU were the one!]

I've been behind John Edwards. . . .

[Is that you, benburch?]

GO JOHNNY GO!

[FREE UNIVERSAL SKIN CARE!]

Yes, I know it wouldn't be "FREE" free.

[A glimmer of reality seeping in, but not enough for a Kewpie Doll.]

Too many people are scared to death of the idea of "socialized medicine."

[They're called "taxpayers."]

Try being self employed; you pay a few hundred a month, have a huge deductible, and almost NOTHING is covered! I'm over 30k in debt. . . .

[Politicize my plight! DU it for Andy! UNIVERSAL HEALTH CARE FOR ALL!]

It's one infuriating, depressing movie, no?

[A film by Michael "Thicko" Moore.]

The jacket says it's hilarious...

[It's hilarious that Michael Moore can FIND a jacket.]

Are you ready to ask your government to do your laundry?

[FREE UNIVERSAL DRY CLEANING!]

Maybe just iron my underwear...

[Democratic Underwear.]

Out of curiosity, does the DVD come with extra footage?

[Yes, it shows Michael Moore eating a foot-long hot dog.]

extended interview with Che's daughter. . . .

[Chastity? Isn't she a lesbian?]

I liked the part about the prison in Norway. . . .

[She's in prison in Norway??!]

We the people need a good old fashioned REVOLUTION.

[TO THE STREETS! TO THE BARRICADES! ¡VIVA LA REVOLUCIÓN!]

We don't need to re-invent the wheel here - all we have to do is look at France, Canada, Britain, etc.

[Better yet, MOVE there, why dontcha!]

It makes me really mad, too. . . . I can't contain my rage when someone starts spewing that revolting right-wing crap about "we can't afford it" when we've spend hundreds of billions killing people across the world.

[DUmmie yardwork also about to stroke out. . . .]

I. Can't. Stand. It.

[ARRRRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!]

I mean free at the point of purchase... SOCIALIZED is what I'm talking about.

[DUmmie rateyes finally comes clean and speaks the "S" word.]

Why do the French hate America so much! With their national health care and free nannies and 5 weeks vacation to start and their free college and doctors making house calls and their damn 35hr work week! Evil Frenchies! Take me in, please? We wont eat much or make trouble.

[Free French nannies could be a selling point.]

My daughter is ready to move. She'd go to France in a heartbeat.

[Is your daughter into French nannies? Say, you're not Cher, are you?]

We have already voted in my house. . . . If 2008 is just going to be between a dem corporate war monger and a rep corporate war monger, we are gone.

[Start packin'! Need a lift to the airport?]

A smoking ban comes into effect in France starting January 2nd. I'm here for my holiday vacation, but haven't been to a bar once.... I need to go in the next two days to enjoy smoking and having a beer at the same time. Maybe this doesn't matter to you, but for me, France is over.... too bad.... I f*cking love this place.

[They have a Bukowski's there in France, Will?]

FREE (paid-for-by-taxes) HEALTH CARE FOR ALL.

[You don't see the inherent contradiction between "FREE" and "paid-for-by-taxes"?]

I'm going to act on this pent up frustration, and that is a good thing.

[DUAC! DUAC!]

F.U.H.C. is what we need now.

[Not the best acronym there.]

Why would anyone vote for someone other than Kucinich?

[Sanity?]

My friend and I wanted to see it, but it went out of the theaters before we could get together.

["Sicko" went quicko.]

I bawled. Then I went in the bathroom and threw up.

[A normal night at Bukowski's for Pitt.]

I'm ready for a revolution!

[Let's all write a letter to the editor! And grouse on DU!!]

Revolution is the word.

[Word!]

5 cent meds in Cuba. . . .

[So go move to Club Meds.]

Nothing is free - Universal Healthcare can be single payer but it till costs $$$. Just a heads up.

[LOUSY FREEPER TROLL!!! Prepare for tombstoning!]

And then there is the dental. I have a crown issue going on now. . . .

[An Inconvenient Tooth.]

Michael Moore's movies and books have the same effect on me,,,, That man is going to cause me to have a heart attack or stroke!!!

[Especially if you follow The Michael Moore Diet and Exercise Plan.]

I'm Canadian and I can't believe people are just now waking up to how ABSOLUTELY MIND NUMBINGLY INSANE it is that you guys have to PAY for health care.

[I'm American, and I can't believe how ABSOLUTELY MIND NUMBINGLY DUMB you Canuck hosers are to think you aren't paying for it in TAXES!]

I've told my relatives in the states to see SICKO but I am afraid they are all of the DEER HUNTING WITH JESUS mindset.

[W.W.J.H.?]

Good content, lousy delivery - are the obscenities REALLY necessary?

[F*ckin' YES! I'm a G*d-d*mn DUmmie!!!]

This isn't the place for it - sit in your bathroom and scream obscentities. . . .

[DUmmieland IS a toilet on a screen!]

F*CK F*CK F*CK

[DUmmie discourse at its finest.]

Uhh, nothing is free..... so how would you suggest it gets paid for?

[OK, DUmmie 1corona4u, YOU get the Kewpie Doll for a brief moment of mental clarity.]

I don't like the use of the term "free" in this context. It's not accurate.

[Sorry, DUmmie slackmaster, only one Kewpie Doll per thread. Hey, maybe you should move to France where they have FREE UNIVERSAL KEWPIE DOLLS FOR ALL!]

We've already seen, in previous threads, how these DUmmies tend to medicate in order to mask their emotional problems.

DUmmie logic: The Gub'ment is causing my anxiety, so the Gub'ment should pay for my meds!

It's a wonderment that these 'tards can even wipe themselves.

The DUmmies are a bunch of greedy bastards. They want absolutely everything at someone else's expense so they don't have to pay for it with their own money.

Happy New Years, everyone!

Really makes you wonder how many of these DUmmies actually have real jobs?? I always see one of them per thread claiming to be self employed, this thread is no exception. Doing WHAT I wonder? Try as they might, jerking off is still NOT considered employment, at least not the last time I checked.

The DUmmies' sense of entitlement is limitless; they demand everything---medical care, housing, education through college, child care, utilities, transportation, leisure time---all for "free" and as a "right".

The one thing they don't demand is a job

That self-employed guy (?), assuming he's actually making any money, could go to BCBS and set up a HSA ($4500 pre-tax), buy a $5000 catastrophic health care plan and get by for way less than my university pays for our plan. Of course, that would require thinking, and planning, and saving, and detail work and all those things that 'revolutionaries' are not really good at.

And speaking of 'revolting', the DUmmies "stink on ice" (apologies to Mel Brooks).

It must truly be hard to avoid both thought and fact the way they do.

Man...

Last week I got in an argument, and we covered pretty much every topic. I won, and by won I mean I made her realize that TANSTAAFL (google it). Except at the end, unable to prove her points with logic she screamed: "WHY don't all you RIGHT WING MORONS go start your own country?!??"

My response, of course: "We did, who let you in?"

The thing about people like her that really gets me is the idea that their policy has no drawbacks, that it is 100% better in every way.

You know, I used to roll my eyes at the "love it or leave it" thing, but it makes so much sense with these people. If you hate it so much, get the fuck out. There are plenty of other socialist countries that would be happy to have you. Just go, leave, go to anywhere in Europe, go to Cuba, go to China if you want real socialism. Stop trying to ruin my country.

Gotta love the DUmmies, always in favour of the government taking money from others and giving it to them. These folks are the Democrat base. Personally, I think there should be a property/wealth requirement to vote, like in the founding era.

The DUmmies love to think they are the true patriots, like Jefferson, who would have laughed at them as he ordered his slaves about.

I'm in favour of free health care, just gotta convince all them doctors and nurses that they shouldn't expect a paycheck

How 'bout this, britt. If you're so unhappy with the fact that the rest of the country wants to fix health care then why don't YOU get the fuck out. Go to whatever country will allow you to buy whatever you want. Go. Put your vast fortune in a bank in Thailand or El Salvador. According to your logic, you should probably head to whatever country charges top dollar for health care. In fact, head for a country that is more than willing to take everything you have, every penny, to make you better when you get sick. Bon voyage, dimwit. Go.

We are there. It's called America. See, here, we have freedoms to do more things than anywhere else. One of them is buying what we want instead of imperious bureacrats bequeathing what they decide we should have.

We intend to keep these freedoms which is why we'll crush you and all your fellow travelers.

"If you're so unhappy with the fact that the rest of the country wants to fix health care then why don't YOU get the fuck out."

If it ain't broke, don't fix it. There's nothing wrong with health care in America. If you need life saving treatment, go to a hospital. You can't be refused service even if you can't afford it. It doesn't matter if it's a preexisting condition or not, you CAN NOT be refused treatment. That's the law.

America has the best health care industry in the world. We consistently lead the rest of the world in the development of new drugs, medical devices, medical treatments, etc. Where else in the world do you find the development of things like open heart surgery; transplant advancements and treatments; effective treatments for ancient diseases that has killed people throughout history (how many people die in America from smallpox, for example?); the discovery and treatment for genetic diseases like cancer; the development of mass production of healthy, disease-free foods (probably the best medical advancement in history, well-fed people are far more healthy and live a lot longer with far less need for medical care); the reduction of food born illnesses (when was the last time you heard about hundreds or thousands of people dying in America because of food-born illnesses like salmonella?); clean drinking water; hygienic hospital conditions; etc; etc; etc? The list goes on and on and on!

Can any country, like France or Canada, match the advances in medical treatments and procedures that America has produced in the last 100 years? No, they can't. All of the rest of the world together throughout history can't even compare to us and what we have accomplished in just the last 50 years, let alone the last 100.

Face it: the American health care system is the best in the world. Why should we try to "fix" something that is already proven to be the best? Trying to socialize the health care system will only result in massive government intrusions and controls on a industry that already has the most stringent government controls and requirements in the world. Do you really want the government to take even more control of a innovative and highly effective industry? When has the government ever proven to be better than private industry? It hasn't, not here in America or anywhere else in the world.

The American health care industry is the best in the world. Let's let the industry continue to make the advances that has saved millions of lives every year and let's keep the government out of it's way. Your future health and the health of your children just may depend on it.

Trogalman I'm a student, going to school on scholarship. I work two jobs to cover what the scholarship doesn't cover, and these are the same two jobs I've worked since the age of fourteen. Amazingly, that's why I don't want the government to "help me" by stripping more of my income away.

My family is not wealthy. When my father lost his job, we actually qualified for welfare. I am not some silver spoon rich kid. I'm a working class guy from a working class background. The world didn't give me shit, I had to earn it.

So you little shit, you can fuck off. You don't know anything about me, or my family. You don't have a fucking clue about my income, my responsibilities, or the life I lead. I don't like assholes like yourself telling me who I am, mainly because you are absolutely wrong. According to the cult of victimhood, I am just a poor boy, and I need lots of government assistance and programs to properly succeed in life. Well fuck that. I don't like being treated like a child. I also don't like the government stealing from people to give to me. Unlike the Democrats, my vote cannot be bought with stolen money. Just because I'm poor does not mean I have the right to take money from the rich.

So fuck you you money grubbing socialist shitstain. I've worked hard to get where I am. I've done it with the sweat of my brow, and I've never asked for a handout. So I don't get to laze around with Daddy's money. I'm a better person for it, a harder worker. I know what it's like to worry about making ends meet, to eat beans and patch clothes and not get the things I want for Christmas. So if liberal fuckheads like yourself would stop thinking you know what's best for me, I'd appreciate it. I don't want the government's help. I want lower taxes, and less regulation. I want a free market that I can compete in to the best of my ability, which not to brag, is pretty damn good. Because I can do it on my own, because I am an adult I am perfectly capable of buying health care and education without the involvement of a bunch of lazy well paid bureaucrats and clueless academics.

Summary: I know what is best for me. Stop trying to make me and people like me your fucking pets/children. We are not drooling masses waiting to be led by our betters, we are citizens, we are human beings, and we do not like the government butting in to our personal lives.

What the fuck are you even talking about? Fourteen? Same jobs? Well, know what? You're full of shit. Do you insure a dependent? A wife? Kids? If you do (which you don't) then you're already spending about $1000 a month just for health care. God help you if you need to put your kids in daycare. Do you really think sponsored health care would cost you more?

"So you little shit, you can fuck off. You don't know anything about me, or my family" britt

No. I don't. Never the less, fuck off yourself, lemming. I never said I knew you.

Socialist. Big bad word. The VA is socialistic, you lamebrain. So is anyone you work for that pays for your health insurance.

Sorry. You are the one of the drooling, britt. You don't think. You believe. The fact that you use the "government butting in to our personal lives" argument disqualifies you from further discussion. I think you know why.

On the other hand, maybe you don't. Working for a living has nothing to do with it. Sheep.

Oh, and the VA needs to be abolished. Our vets should have their bills paid at the finest hospitals in the country, not the VA system. They deserve nothing less.

You call everyone else here a moron, but I think everyone else here knows what the definition of a commonly used political terms is.

Oh, and I'm still waiting for you to tell me why it is morally right for the government to steal money from people and give it to me.

I guess it depends on what you mean by "socialist". You're right, it's never free. But if you're talking about a collective, such as a group of small businesses or even larger corporate groups getting a break then you're talking about employing socialistic tactics. Unions are socialistic. You're too scared of the word.

A consortium of businesses grouping up to purchase reduced price anything is called "economies of scale" not socialism. It's a natural law of business - not a despotic and coercive form of government.

Unions are socialistic

And thank you, sir, for confirming your glorious leaders couldn't find their way out of a paper bag.

By the way, the VA is currently more privatized than ever. For profit.

Here's the rub. Making the VA work would mean making it a stronger socialized (No. Not that) system. It's simple. If we decide to fix the VA, take care of our wounded, then we decide to employ a mechanism that translates into US taking care of THEM. No small print. So scary.

We can argue forever about whether this action is socialistic (gasp) or not. It might just be that you have to get over this very scary 'socialist' thing. It's stupid and gets in the way of solving the problem.

Way to use a strawman.

See, conservatives don't mind people helping other people. (i.e. charities) What we mind, is FORCED help. You want to treat someone pro bono as a doctor, that's fine, more power too you, we'll not try to stop or hinder you in any way. However, we do object to the law (i.e. police with guns, fines) MAKING doctors go and work pro bono.

See, conservatives don't mind people helping other people. (i.e. charities)
Let's say the VA treatment was no longer government payed. What would happen? Oh yeah... charities would pop up overnight to take care of them (kind of like how there are a bunch now). And you know what? Conservatives would love it (and probably be the only ones donating to it). Heck I'd cut a check for it right now. Although there's another problem with your example.

Who pays soldiers now? All of us. So you think all checks should be socialized?

Yeah. I think all your checks should be socialized. Nutjob.

Nate says our war wounded should be taken care of by charities. Like the YMCA. Or the Boy's Club. In fact, it's pretty damn clear that he sees our wounded as charity cases. Anyone disagree?

Well trog (who apparently has the reading ability of a 2 year old retarded donkey) I'd respond to your post but it's so idiotic and incomprehensible that I'm not even sure if a response is possible. (typical debating tactic: "I'm losing so now I'll just be so stupid no body can respond")

Your own quotes:
"In fact, it's pretty damn clear that he sees our wounded as charity cases."
"You and I pay for it[wounded soldier care]. I'm OK with that."

So you apparently also believe soldiers are charity cases? Or do you think we ought to get rid of all the veteran charities we have now?

Of course, I don't believe them to be charity cases, but consider any "charity" donations to them (on my part at least) to be a small payment of the debt I myself owe them.

Seriously, if you're going to start again with this pointlessness, try making an actual point trollman.
